We initiate refunds on the same day the request is received, provided it meets our policy guidelines. Refunds are not processed after 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, exchanges are the only option.

We are committed to processing your refund request quickly. Once your order is complete and the product is delivered, you can request a refund if:
- The product is not working as expected.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Original License Keys: Refunds are not available for original license keys for GPL products. These licenses are permanent and cannot be returned. Many products are pre-activated, while others may have limitations due to licensing restrictions.
- Installation Issues: Refunds are not provided for issues related to installing downloaded themes or plugins.
- Compatibility Issues: Refunds are not provided for themes or plugins that are incompatible with your hosting provider or WordPress version.
- License or Purchase Code Required: If a theme or plugin requires a license or purchase code, this is not a valid reason for a refund.
- Website Issues During Installation: We cannot provide refunds for website breakage that occurs during theme or plugin installation. We may offer troubleshooting assistance for an additional cost.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you don’t need the product after purchase, we can offer an exchange. Refunds are not available in this situation.
- Silver Membership: Silver Memberships are non-refundable. However, you have access to over 2500 products with this membership.
- Other Memberships: Partial refunds for other memberships may be available after deducting payment gateway charges and a per-download fee of $2.
- Activated Original Licenses: Once an original license is activated on your domain, refunds are not available. If the license is not activated, we can offer an exchange or full refund.
Digital Download Nature of Products
As with most digital products, there is no trial period available. Sales are considered final once the purchase is complete. Downloaded software cannot be returned. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue or the product is demonstrably damaged, we will issue a full refund on the same day. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.
