Product License
The customer is NOT provided with a third-party developer license key.

Membership and Downloads
To download Themes/Plugins or access members-only content on the Provider website, an active membership is required. The fair use policy is applicable; if any individual or member is found violating the terms or copying our content for other websites, their membership may be revoked, and no refund shall be provided.
Product Support
Provider’s support is limited to assisting clients with access to our website services and downloads only. Tech support for the Developer’s software program is not provided by https://digitalgpl.com/. If tech support is required from the Developers, you must purchase the files directly from the Developers.

Product Updates
Each product purchased from the Provider includes complimentary updates for 365 days from the date of purchase. The frequency of updates is at the Provider’s sole discretion. Some products added to our website may be modified or removed without notice, and no refunds shall be provided in such cases.
Accounts
Users will be required to create an account when purchasing any products. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not permitted to share or distribute their account login details. Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
The Provider will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s failure to comply with these terms. The Provider requires all customers to be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By creating an account, a user represents that they are 18 years of age or older.
Account Termination and Suspension
Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice, at its sole discretion. No refunds will be provided to users who have had their accounts terminated.
Examples of reasons for termination include:
- Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the Provider staff and/or other Provider users;
- Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements, including slander against the Provider, and/or attempts to steer potential users away from purchasing Provider products;
- Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts;
- Provider reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons;
- Using incorrect data to create fake accounts to download any products for malpractice. Example – Wrong Email and Wrong Name.
The account will be deleted immediately, and no refunds will be processed.
Product Delivery
After the Provider has successfully received the customer’s fee, the digital product will be authorized for download. This may take up to 24-48 hours after purchase but usually occurs within 5-10 minutes. To ensure the delivery of account details, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Product/Price Changes
Provider reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without notice. Further, the Provider may add new products and/or services with or without notice. Prices of any products are subject to change at any time without notice.
Copyright Claims / DMCA Policy
Provider respects intellectual property rights. To send a copyright infringement notification to the Provider, you must send a written communication that includes the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):
